Tyler after purchasing my ticket I got a message over WhatsApp saying my bus is no longer available and that I needed to take the next one, which was fine with me except the next bus was not the VIP sleeper I requested and when I went to the station to get my ticket it was over 200,000vnd cheaper than what I had paid for.
The bus driver was smoking cigarettes the whole time and making many unscheduled stops. When we did get a chance to go to the bathroom I had to ask to stop and he seemed very annoyed.

Diana KI highly recommend this company. The bus was comfortable and on time, but what really stood out to me was their understanding and flexibility. I had accidentally purchased a ticket for the wrong date (the following day). When I called to explain—despite some difficulty due to the language barrier—they still arranged to pick me up. I truly appreciated their willingness to help, even though the mistake was mine.

Thais Nicest sleeper bus I’ve been on the only bad thing is I couldn’t lie with my legs straight and I’m 5,6 so if you’re really tall you might struggle. My usb port wasn’t working but my partners one was so was probably just my one. They stopped twice for the toilet which was perfect. The bus arrived late but we still got to our destination on time so I didn’t mind

Hayden HQuite an unpleasant experience. One positive was that the seats were quite comfortable, although not quite enough in length. The driver drove like an absolute madman, overtaking other buses around corners, honking the horn all night. His driving was so erratic my partner didn’t sleep all night and was terribly ill. He also stopped countless times to pick random things up? And also multiple stops to have cigarettes where my girlfriend told me that he wouldn’t let anyone else off the bus. Your customers should be your #1 priority, and we felt very bad about the service.

Vladyslav Some more clening would be good as there is a requirement to take off your shoes during your trip but the floor of the bus is far from being clean itself. Tolet in the rear feels like roller coaster. Also signaling to the rest of the traffic whole night did little help to sleeping quality.

Daniel BNo clear communication or direction throughout the journey. At one point when I went to the toilet, I came back and my bag had been removed off the bus, and the. Bus was gone, which had my belongings still on the bus. Fortunately these were retrieved. We then changed to a more uncomfortable bus, but this information wasn’t told to us prior travel so was very confusing and frustrating. Bus arrived to destination 4 hours later than advertised.

John CAn absolute fucking joke...turned up over an hour late..then made about 20 random stops collecting random packages. Our journey which was supposed to begin at 9 didn't start till 10.20..and we didn't stop for lunch till 4.30...then to top it off..we were kicjed off the bus 20km outside the original drop off point...literally dropped off at a garage in pitch black where we had to order a cab..complete bunch of wankers..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Lasse GNha Trang - Da Nang is not direct it requires a transfer. There was one hour waiting time in Hoi An. Also final stop was not located as marked in the voucher. Right city thou.
