Katelyn The staff were rude and dismissive with everything, the drivers kept stopping for cigarette breaks, there was no pillows only a hard bit of material as a pillow. When arrived I lifted the blind and there was red ants everywhere. We woke up and no one was on the bus, we wasn’t informed of arriving or to wake up.

Suzi BThis was an excellent trip. Communication was really good with office staff, to keep me updated on any changes. The bus was comfortable. I had heard a lot of bad experiences with overnight bus trips in Vietnam, but this wasn't my experience. Just make sure you have something warm (long pants so you don't stick to upholstery) and something soft for a pillow and you'll be fine!

Hassan Lovely cabins, well equipped. Driver spoke English. Stopped a couple ở times for food and drink. Hasle free. Would recommend as a cheaper travel option.

Maryna MVery clean, well organized , comfortable for my small body 😄, got to the spot one hour earlier. We dropped our purse with money and passports…. Driver kept it till we started to look for. .0188028648233E+34;️ love that they sent you messages on WhatsApp with all the details.

Alexander MThere was no shuttle at arrive. The people laughed when we arrived and said no free place in the bus. No support from bus drivers and the office was empty at da Nang. We took a grab. Next time I book a different bus company.
During the stop after 6 hours (half time) tourists were not allowed to leave the bus and smoke. Locals were allowed. I didn't feel welcome at all.

Tyler after purchasing my ticket I got a message over WhatsApp saying my bus is no longer available and that I needed to take the next one, which was fine with me except the next bus was not the VIP sleeper I requested and when I went to the station to get my ticket it was over 200,000vnd cheaper than what I had paid for.
The bus driver was smoking cigarettes the whole time and making many unscheduled stops. When we did get a chance to go to the bathroom I had to ask to stop and he seemed very annoyed.
