Catherine KAgent at the desk upon arrival was not very helpful, as we approached our departure time and were therefore asking if and when we should board the bus she would just say 5 minutes. The bus also kept stopping to pick up locals who were loud and noisy. The bus dropped us on the side of an ‘motorway’ road junction for Hoi An.

Nicky CThe bus was lovely. It was really new and it was an actual VIP sleeper. I'm 185cm tall and it was a good length. The bed was also wide. It was very comfy overall. The USB chargers worked. The bus left earlier than it was meant to so I would arrive the 30 mins prior as 12GoAsia suggest. We also arrived at our destination early!
The negatives were the bus drivers were smoking which was disgusting. They also seemed to be shouting to eachother and beeping the horn the whole time which disturbed sleep.

Thomas WThe boarding process was confusing. When we got to the bus there were two other people sat on our seats who had got on the wrong bus and we had to wait outside with all our bags. The staff on the bus were stressed about something and very pushy about what seats we were in and in many instances pushing and grabbing my partner and I. There was no space for luggage underneath the coach so the bags had to be loaded in next to the seats, which for some reason added extra annoyance to the drivers. Otherwise the bus ride itself was good, with comfy seats (albeit short for a 6ft male).

Allyson BThe bus was late and there was little communication as to where to board. The beds are very small and the swaying of the bus tends to toss you around. As honking is common here, know that you will either have to sleep through the sound or be kept awake by it. It’s definitely the most budget friendly option and does have USB outlets, but you get what you pay for.

Elizabeth The bus was comfortable with big beds but it was completely overfilled with over ten people and children sleeping on the floor in the aisle. Couldn’t get out of bed to go to the toilet without stepping on someone’s head. Also very loud because of all the people. Also the man who got us on the bus was very rude and shouting when we were asking where to put our backpacks as they didn’t load them onto the bus holder underneath. Also bus was stopping off every ten minutes at the side of the road which was frustrating and made the journey even longer.

Anthony RAverage seats, can't fully extend (1m82) so not really well seated and like in all sleeper busses no space for small backpack so it has to be on you.
Also the driver doesn't really ride so you can sleep, they all ride aggressively.
And they make a lot of stops along the road (pickup people and goods) so when you finally get asleep, you wake up a few minutes after.
Also when they drop you off at the outside of Hoi An (why not ride 5-7 minutes more and bring people in the center directly?) they tell you to take a taxi or he can bring you to your hotel but you need to pay for the ride and he tries to charge you more than average. Don't like this kind of attitude.

Benjamin Without instructions to do so, I copped a spray from the driver because I didn’t take my shoes off before stepping up onto the bus. Throughout the night the driver kept pulling over for what seemed like no reason. If he had to stop for a toilet break no worries, it was more likely a smoke though because the cabin stunk of cigarettes. The beds were tiny and uncomfortable, but it was the cheapest option so you get what you pay for. Id pay a little extra and get the next level up next time.

Anna LDriver smoked in the bus, light was suddenly on, no communication about the stops, bad English knowledge.
Maintaining of the seats should be more often (one was falling apart) and the hygiene of the pillows as well as the blankets is poor - probably not that often washed.

Nisha CWe had booked a regular sleeper but it ended up being a VIP bus so we had our own individual cabins. It was much better than expected and one of the staff on the bus was very nice and helpful. We didn’t sleep due to the rough ride but other than that there were no problems.
