The road to Dalat is awful but that is the same on any bus!
I didn’t have a seatbelt which was a bit worrying over the massive bumps on the road as I was out of the seat a fair bit.
Also the massage chairs don’t work

Ryan JEverything was great and a really sweet bus driver was very nice and sweet! The only thing that didn’t make it a 5 star was that the water bottle was refilled with unfiltered water. And we can’t really handle that water so had stomach ache afterwards because we thought it was normal bottled water 😅 unfortunately we saw it too late
