Bus was not in the best shape and I was misfortunated to sit at the window with pillar so I had little space for my shoulders. No blanket. Good water, great sweet waffle snack though :)

Bus was on time. Even a bit early. The bus driver was very kind and a safe driver during the whole trip. The inside of the bus was the same as the pictures. Also very clean. Would 100% recommend

It was a sleeping bus, not that comfortable like the normal ones. It had beds everywhere but the last ones on the bus (where we were) were 5 beds together so we were sharing it with 3 more people. No water, no blankets. The bus came 30 minutes late but we arrived on time. I will take it again if it's the only option I had.

the people working were very unpleasant, there was no seating chart and the bus was overbooked. the were shouting at people in the bus, and talking and playing music loudly throughout the night.

After departing Late the Bus arrived 2 hours too early at 4:25 am. So we should have waited in an empty Bus Station for connecting bus for 2.5 hours instead of sleeping in the bus. Bus, driver and Service were ok.

Bus was bang average, no curtains, I was lying under a really grotty aircon the whole way. The journey up to de lat seemed pretty dangerous with sheer drops and landslides so props to our driver for getting us there alive. Was also late picking us up.
