Only 1 toilet break for 12 hour bus journey.

Paul BBus was late, was ment to board at 4.45pm and where still waiting at 5.30 pm. The 5.30pm bus arrived at 5.15 and everyone booked on this boarded and went before ours

Anna LWas a comfortable ride! A toilet on board which was great, they provided water also. We had one stop for dinner near the start of the ride which was good.
My only suggestion is they could leave a few hours later, so you don’t arrive at the early hours.
It says it’s 13hours (7pm -8am) but we arrived at 5am. Which is quite a difference.

Blair SExcellent comfortable and quiet modern vehicle equipped with a toilet, wide seat, lighting and power sockets, total blackout blinds and internal curtains, good onboard WiFi, bus was busy but not packed in like sardines. Delivery into Hanoi old quarter close to tourist areas. Only letdown - ignore the timetable. These coaches depart 30-45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time; you will be taken to an isolated area outside of the city to await the bus. This was not communicated and caused confusion. Onboard experience was very good however.

Bernard CThe bus arrived in Hanoi 2 hours early, at 4:30 a.m., and everyone had to get off. Everything is closed at that hour! Couldn’t they have stopped in a parking lot and let people sleep peacefully for another hour or two?

Rami HGreat experience! The staff are very kind, the service is excellent, and they’re very precise. One girl accidentally missed her stop and blamed them for not stopping where she was supposed to get off, but they handled the situation perfectly and arranged another ride to her city.

Alex BEverything was beautiful, the cabin bus was very spacious, we had a 12 hour trip to Hanoi and we slept well. About the timing instead, due to incoming independence day , the agent contacted us at 4.30pm in order to be leave at 5.50pm. the scheduled time was at 7pm. We have been lucky that we could be there for that time.A day before should be better.

Guilherme MThe bus supposedly would leave Hue at 7pm, by 6pm they told us that they were waiting at our hotel for us to go to the bus, we had plan the day to be there at 7pm not 6pm so it was really bad, even worse that they made it look like we were the ones wrong and that delayed everything.
Also it was supposed to arrive in hanoi by 8am but it arrived at 5:30am which was really bad has we didn't had place to go.
The worst part was that on the middle of the trip they asked us to both go to the same seat, that meaning two persons in one seat due to overbooking which was not comfortable at all and ruined our night of sleep
