Michael EVery comfortable.staff were excellent. Bus was luxurious. Particularly enjoyed the massage function.
Only minor problem was that the pick up spot wasn't very well marked.

Monique First driver was 35 minutes late, when it was time to change car in da nang there was hardly any room for luggage and the vehicle was a small 7 seater that 4 men (including the driver) and three woman had to squeeze into.

Melody WIt was good, comfy seats which is the most important thing. However, there were bright neon flashing lights on the ceiling the whole time which made me feel a bit sick. Also, we booked for 15:20, but they changed our booking to 15:00 with no prior warning, and insisted we be picked up at 14:30 at a drop-off location. Luckily e had allowed tie, but just make sure you are not leaving it to the last minute! However, it was nice to get to my destination a little early, and the journey was smooth and good.

Sebastien QThe pick up location was changed 2 hours before our departure, we had deliberately taken this bus that left near our hotel finally we had to go by taxi.
Then, the company promises to drop you off at your hotel if you are within a radius of 5km, we send them a message before, and talk about it again with the counter, the lady tells us that especially for us they make an effort and that we will be dropped off, finally the driver does not want on arrival, really not nice with tourists..
