He was so rude. We changed the car in da Nang and stopped too many times and arrive almost two hours later. Im never gonna do a trip with this option.

Be carefull, maybe they don’t bring you to the correct location written on the ticket and ask you to take (and pay) a taxi :)

The bags were kind of tossed around the cabin which was odd. Personal also stept on the bags to get around. We also stopped at some random places to pick up locals whom then squeezed in single bunks together… again, a bit odd. Also, the beds were smaller than on some other busses I had been on (like HK) and the foot room was also limited. If you are 185cm or taller, you won’t really be comfortable.

The ladies at the service desk were a bit abrupt but I get it! Bus was above expectations, extremely luxurious and comfortable. MAKE SURE TO BRING JACKET or something because it gets VERY cold with the AC on constantly.

The bus was changend from stand to an overnight bus. It was quite dirty - under the seat - not as I was used to know before.
