The bags were kind of tossed around the cabin which was odd. Personal also stept on the bags to get around. We also stopped at some random places to pick up locals whom then squeezed in single bunks together… again, a bit odd. Also, the beds were smaller than on some other busses I had been on (like HK) and the foot room was also limited. If you are 185cm or taller, you won’t really be comfortable.

The ladies at the service desk were a bit abrupt but I get it! Bus was above expectations, extremely luxurious and comfortable. MAKE SURE TO BRING JACKET or something because it gets VERY cold with the AC on constantly.

The bus was changend from stand to an overnight bus. It was quite dirty - under the seat - not as I was used to know before.

I only gave it a 2 because they picked us up and took us to the hotel; otherwise, it would have been one star. They made us change in Da Nang, and from there, we continued with a very rude driver. He didn't explain anything, and the organizer didn't respond to messages. We also arrived more than an hour late, which, by the way, is too long for a 2.5-hour trip.

The bus was excellent. We would appreciate if you had let us known the transfer we had to made to go to Hue.Even the bus was cancelled they inform us by wass about the delay and had to take a suttle.
