Sasha NVERY DISSATISFIED.
Only good thing was that the sleeper bus was comfy, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS BAD.
Booked a bus from Hanoi to hoi an. Got told bus was moved to 6pm from 7pm so I came earlier but bus didn't leave until 7pm anyways. After that was fine till 8am we got to Hue and was told to get off and change bus.
Some were lucky to got moved to a different sleeping bus but me and 2 other girls were moved to a van instead. Not only that that we were crammed in a smaller space, the van spent at least 30 mins circling in Hue to pick up parcels. Then from hue to hoi an they were making multiple stops(I'm talking about 10-15 stops) just to pick up parcels as well. All these drag out the time at least an hour. Also, DID MY SLEEPER BUS TICKET PAY FOR THESE PEOPLE'S POSTAGE FEES TOO??????
Estimated arrival was 8AM, we didn't get till Hoi An till 11:30AM. We were tired, hungry and cranky. They didn't even offer to stop for breakfast place and we couldn't sleep in the van cause the driver was yelling at the guy next to him almost the entire ride.
It was definitely an experience but an experience I would not recommend people to go for. Paying the extra for a flight at least saves you time and energy to be spent actually exploring the country instead.

Stefan SG8 Sapa discovery travel is outdoing themselves. Sleeper cabin was clean, I was sleeping 10hrs straight on the 17hrs ride on the upper cabin on the last row. I read many people are complaining about it but as said, 10hrs straight sleeping. It should be mentioned that this cabin felt a bit shorter than one I was using before (upper cabin but in the middle). I'm 173 so for any taller, the last row might be not as comfortable. the bus had 1hr delay but all clients were informed already 5/6 hrs before departure about the delay due to traffic and that we can come later to the pickup spot overall, since my first experience with this operator, I am trying to only drive with them.

Terri-lynn AThe sleeper bus was in fact very comfortable and clean. The driver was nice and responsible. These are reasons for the 5 star rating. However, I got very motion sick, something I hadn’t considered. If you use this service be sure to take something for motion sickness before you board.

Freya HIt wasn’t as bad as other people said tbh but keep in mind I booked the VIP 20 cabin. Bus was bumpy but clean. The main issue was the poor organisation at the end I was told to get off the bus an hour from my destination and after asking through google translate where the next bus was they just told me to go get a taxi, given I had paid for a bus to my destination I wasn’t keen on this idea and called the company who after a few phone calls answered and arranged a car to collect me. Overall it was okay but for someone less confident I think it would have been traumatising being left at 6am at a random bus depot.

Joseph ALeft 1 hr late. We upgraded to get better beds on two row bus. We were transferred to a cheaper bus for last 4 hrs. I was forced to be in the middle isle with no window in much smaller seats. Not what I paid for
