Pick up point on voucher was wrong (it was actually over the road at the Queen Cafe Open Bus shop). The bus arrived early, was an overnight bus where lots of people disembarked at Da Nang. The seats were bed-type seats, and not cleaned in between passengers, so we had to lie with used blankets and left rubbish. Once we were on the bus, the owner of the business (David) bombarded me with messages - offering a free boat ride, as long a I gave a 5* review, sending links to multiple businesses in Hoi An that I must visit. I ended up having to block him!

Bed was broken sat up so couldn’t sleep and driver was either blearing his horn all night or driving erratically which made me slide down the bed and rock in the cabin the fact i didn’t fall out was impressive

Excellent service! Highly communicative, on time, safe, clean and efficient transport service. Really pleasant and easy journey. They kindly allowed me to change my time to later in the day for my return trip, as I needed to stay longer in Hoi An for tailor alterations - it reduced any stress and helped me so much! I recommend this company to anyone travelling in Vietnam. They were great!

It was good contacting me bus stop was changed due to floods in Hoi An. However I was little bit confused about the place they told us because the car parking they said didn’t have any signs, and there were two big car parking.
