It was super easy pick up and drop off,great communication a day or 2 prior to your transfer, very accommodating to pick & drop you as close to your accommodation as possible, quick ride didn't even feel like an hour drive. Would highly recommend.

Due to our train arriving approx 4 hrs late at Da Nang railway station, we of course missed our connecting bus. But the operator stayed in touch with us the whole time and even arranged a private car for is free of charge to take us to our destination. This was really unexpected and kind. Above and beyond!
