The driver doesn’t care the passenger well. He leaves the lady passengers lift the heavy suitcase while he is sitting in the car. Drop off point does not match to the itinerary. We get off the car at highland coffee but it is different branch.

Excellent communication. They actually allowed me to take a bus departing earlier as the one I booked. Pick up and drop off as it was communicated before via WhatsApp. Was all perfect :)

It was ok, but you can find better options that maybe also start direct from the trainstation in Da Nang. (A taxi directly from there would have been cheaper all in all and faster.) It was no bus but just a car. Maybe good to know, there is only one main drop off point in Hoi An. To get droped off near your hotel (as with other bus companies in other cities in Vietnam) you have to pay extra.

We got the over night sleeper VIP cabin bus from Hoi An to Nha Trang. The bus it's self is absolutely perfect, we didn't realise for the first few hours but there was an on board toilet and it was very clean and so was the cabins you sleep in. The reason I have given it such a low score is because of the manic driving done by this driver and the constant honking of the horn every 5 seconds even though it was the early hours of the morning, there was no need to drive so fast especially with a full bus, and with how he was racing up behind other vehicles, while beeping and if they wasn't moving then having to anchor on the brakes throwing us around the cabin. Even with a seatbelt on we were getting thrown side to side and forwards and backwards with the hard acceleration and the super hard braking, i know it Vietnam they are fast drivers but this one was just outright dangerous. I don't think anybody got any sleep and this was an 8:30pm bus to arrive to Nha Trang at 6:30am. Because we had a toilet onboard we didn't stop at all except the driver stopped to get some fuel but no one was allowed off. Because we didn't stop for a break and he drove so fast we arrived in Nha Trang over 2 hours earlier than expected and left us 20 minutes away from where it says we are suppose to get dropped, so at 4:30am we had to get a 30 minute taxi to our hotel that cast 5x the price it should have if we had been dropped at the correct place. If you are to book this bus, I would highly recommend booking an extra night in a hotel as we was walking around the city at 5am with nothing open and dark, this was our fault for expecting to get some sleep and arrive at the correct ETA I would also recommend trying to just buy 1 cabin ticket between 2 people as they are a double cabin and it may help stop you rolling around with how they drive and save you some money if they let you do this (other firms have let us do this before and it helps a lot with the swaying). It's a shame because the bus was the most comfortable we have been on in Vietnam. Hope this helps some people looking to book
