Booking through 12Go was straightforward and helpful as we couldn’t get to the bus station to pre-book tickets on a popular route. Reading prior reviews was entertaining as there are mixed experiences of good or awful. Our experience of the bus was adequate. We took the express rather than VIP. We had a bottle of water. The bus seats squeaked a bit and were well worn but ok comfort for the price. The driver was safe, left on time and the views from bus were lovely. The service station where the Green buses stop was not as clean or well stocked as others we’ve stopped at but it was ok for a toilet break (have your own tissues and hand sanitiser) and to get snacks.

Delayed 45 min, The seat was broken and it sinks you down.The belts are too tight and really uncomfortable.The lever to recline the seat did not work The road was not in very good condition and did not help to have a good trip.
