Blakey LNot particularly comfortable bus - but I should have done more research so that's on me. Very easy to use 12Go ticket. It was noral temp on the bus, not too much AC. I got there 20 min early and we were already boarding, I was one of the last. Made Los of stops (probably 4 small stops + lunch stop) so I was able to use the bathroom and stock up on snacks.

Ruby Pprovided with water and a wipe, once people get off at chiang rai the vip seats at the front of the bus became available so we could sit on them and they were very comfy. toilet on board. you don’t really stop anywhere for lunch so make sure you bring snacks. they drop you at the side of the road to get tuktuk to the boarder and it was all a very easy and smooth experience.
