All went to plan (slightly late departure) but overall no complaints
Bus VIP, GreenBus, Feb 11, 2020
Booking this journey online using the 12go Asia website was very easy and the travel arrangements went very well.
Bus Express, GreenBus, Feb 8, 2020
The bus was 30 minutes delayed in Chiang Rai and we got informed by the staff at the platform about the delay. The road is currently under construction and it was not the most comfortable trip. There were many stops in-between and therefore it does not seem like an "express" bus because we made it to Chiang Khong with a delay of 1,5 hours.

Trip was on time and well sign-posted at Chiang Mai. It does get cold so make sure to bring an extra layer with you! Took a few longer stops where could use a restroom as there wasn't one on board.

Comfortable nice bus ride, managed to get 2 hours sleep even.
Bus Express, GreenBus, Jan 16, 2020
Great trip, on time, organised, staff really helpful, bus clean, comfortable and most importantly, safe. Drive very careful and did not go too fast. Would definitely use them again.

It was ok , but the only thing We didn't know that the bus stop only five minutes at Chiang Rai not even time to buy some food, for 6 hours bus it too long
Bus VIP, GreenBus, Nov 26, 2019
Can you only stop at the bus station, rather than drop people off on the way.
Bus VIP, GreenBus, Nov 23, 2019
Great service, except we arrived 30min late due to some passengers exiting the bus at random times during the journey. Be aware that the bus doesn't stop at a gas station for a break. There is a toilet on board and you receive a complimentary bottle of water and cake.
Bus VIP, GreenBus, Nov 17, 2019
Easy, on time. And the vip seats were worth the extra bath IMHO. Bus temperature went down to 16 degree, which is maybe a bit overdoing?!

The bus left Chiang Mai around 20 minutes late but the ride was comfortable and staff were friendly.
