Very confortable and clean bus, bathroom was incredibly clean. Personal congrats to the staff that was so much helpfull during all our long trip, i wish i remember the name of them but it was Bangkok to Nom Pen. We didnt find space for Giant Ibis in our next route Nom Pen - Ho Chi Mihn and oh man we regret not have booked with Ibis. Couldnt recommend it more if you are going to have a long travel by land.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. They took care of me well, and they have English speaking guide to help you through the border crossing.didnt have to worry at all. Van and buses all were good quality. One small issue I had was finding saly VIP starting location in Bangkok, just go to the area stated and ask for saly VIP, there is no massive sign showing saly there.

An update to posts from other users. 1) the current LatLong location for the pickup location is Bangkok is accurate, but don’t look for a permanent store front, it is a table tent on a folding table 2) they stick everybody on vans (independent of who you booked with)….they just want to pack all vans full and pull out when each van is full so if you get their early you will probably leave early 3) at the boarder l, you where separated into whoever you purchased your ticket from. capital gave you a lanyard and wales you to the customs 4) after customs, there was a guy waiting for you on the Cambodia side looking for the Capital Lanyard 5) they took you by van to their business location where you would be loaded on the sleeper bus to Pheom Phin. 6). The sleep births where nice, but only about 5’ 9” long so if your tall….. 7) there are NO bathroom stops and no bathrooms on the bus…so be prepared. They stop a lot for cargo on/off so we had to jump off the bus, find a place to go to the bathroom and back on hand always hoped they wouldn’t leave cause it didn’t appear they where tracking people getting off for the bathroom Overall a smooth experience. No bathroom was the only downgrade. Hope this helps future travelers.

The pickup location is not at the coordinates, it is a couple streets north east of them. Ask for the food court, it is between two 7-11s. DDhouse is not well known either The first van was a touch warm, but had plenty of stops for bathroom and convenience stores before the border After the border into Cambodia is when you board the sleeper bus, which has cold AC. Bring a jacket or long sleeve. A blanket & water bottle is provided, no food though.
