I tried cancelling shortly after booking because I didnt realize my partner booked 12go our tickets already and there was a total lack of response or easy cancel options. Nobody got back to me, no way to contact. Very disappointing. I will book direct from now on.

The busses are super old, dirty, and half of the stuff works. The bus says VIP on it - maybe in the early 80’s it was VIP. But now, it is a poorly run operation with rude staff

I waited for more than 2 hours for the bus to pick us up, my seat the A9 was given to another girl and at the bottom all the old time it was an almost intoxicating smell of gasoline

The overall experience was great. My only complaint was that the company puts a different location than the bus station for meet up. My hotel was in the area of the bus station and I travelled 2 hours to get to the meet up location and then back. Final bus location SHOULD BE MENTIONED IN THE PDF and other documents for those who are near it to arrive directly. Also, the phone number on the PDF was not responsive via text or WhatsApp.

The bus arrived late and had leaks. It was raining at that time, and water was dripping from the roof of the bus. The whole trip was uncomfortable.
