Daniel CYou scammed me. I bought a ticket and got a confirmation. Then 45 minutes later I got another email that said the payment didn't go through and to make the payment or lose my booking. I clicked the link and paid and the ticket was for this one. You guys just took the money because typical south east Asian people scam someone at every opportunity.

Max LGreat trip! We took the Bangkok Mochit - Chiang Mai one that leaves at 8:30pm and arrives at 7am. The bus was super comfortable, a 2+1 bus but there was even space between the two seats that were next to each other. The staff was also super friendly. Downside is that you dont have a choice wether you you want a food Voucher or not. You just pay for one. And the food itself is a all you can eat buffet, at midnight?? My stomach was pretty upset after that. appart from that great trip

Evangeline It was fine. It arrived an hour earlier then advertised. The female bus crew was just rude and impatient throughout. There was also a constant beeping sound that prevented anyone from sleeping.

Aung TI am writing to complain about the service regarding the provision of blankets on my recent bus trip.
My booking information, specifically from 12GO, indicated that blankets would be provided. While a blanket was eventually distributed, this didn't happen until 6:00 PM.
Crucially, when the bus journey began, we asked the bus attendant for a blanket, but she did not address the request or seem concerned.
I would like to know if this delay and lack of attention to passenger requests at the start of the journey are standard practice or if this was an isolated incident of poor service.
The level of service deteriorated further upon arrival when the Bus Driver acted in an unprofessional manner and was seen throwing the luggage at the terminal.

Tyler HReally comfortable ride. I was hesitant taking a bus instead of train. But this was very good. Large seats with loads of leg room and ability to recline far back. You stop around 1am for service station and they do provide some food. Nothing fancy and there is a 7/11 where we stopped. There's a toilet on the bus, and we were given water, small snackbox and blankets for the journey. We arrived an hour early as well.
For a sleeper bus I'd definitely recommend!
