Kamoa FTerminal was relatively easy to find, just had to ask a few people. A lady showed me my assigned seat, later she gave everyone water and a packet of cookies. I recommend to take something to eat, just in case. The bus stops once around 1pm and everyone can get off for approximately 20 minutes to buy food, I’m actually not too sure if the bus ticket could’ve been used as a coupon to order a meal (because I took the bus with another company days later and they informed me to keep the ticket to then buy food with it, while on this tour no one exactly told me that). Bus ride was smooth, ac worked fine, seats weren’t too uncomfortable, with a sleeping mask I managed to get a little bit of sleep. There was a toilet on board, small but enough. And the bus arrived on time in Chiang Mai.
There were usb chargers on board, I didn’t use them but saw a woman trying to charge her phone and I think it didn’t really work.

Myat HDeparture time is not righttime. Buffet is not tasty. Especially the bust attendance is not helpful.

Sheet DThe bus was very good, comfortable seats, with air conditioner and blankets. We got water and cake. The staff didn’t know English at all, they didn’t inform us anything. When we went on the food break they didn’t say for how long and that we can get free food with our ticket. So a lot didn’t know about the option and came late for the bus after it left the food court

Samantha PThe bus seats were comfortable, you can recline but not sit up properly. They give you one snack, water and lunch/dinner. The staff was nice and helpful. Its quite cold so get a jumper or something.

Rutger JSeats in bus were fine but service was poor. Purser lacked the hospitality we got used to in Thailand. As soon as he could he handed out the bottle of water and snacks. After that we almost didn't see him. He sat in the front with the driver. Now and then he made his announcements, all in Thai although the majority of the passengers were foreign. We didn't know that we had a break and that we could get a free meal by showing our tickets or how long the break was. The stop we had was also poor, the restrooms were dirty (the toilet in the bus was also dirty), the place and meals didn't look appealing. We departed from Mochit at 9.19 p.m. and arrived at Chiang Mai Bus station at approximately 6.30 a.m. instead of 7.50 a.m.
I’m not sure how fast the driver was going, but we arrived over an hour earlier than scheduled. Parts of the road were in poor condition, and with the driver’s speed, the ride was quite bumpy. I hardly got any sleep. Overall, I expected a better experience. I wouldn’t book this bus ride again or recommend it to others.
