Leona BSeats were crazy uncomfortable and too close to each other, you couldn’t even lean back because there was no space, which made sleeping impossible. Everyone got only one thin blanket that was barely fitting for a 1.70cm person, so if you’re a grown adult you will be freezing even more than we did. The whole bus was catastrophic, as I had undefined dirt plus someone’s toenails on my blanket and don’t even get me started on the toilet. It’s best to not drink on the ride, because a random bush on the road is a better place to pee. The small room reeks of feces, there’s no toilet paper and you can’t even flush. The whole bus was reeking of feet and tuna, and the bus driver had an alarm set that rang every 30secs, which he refused to turn off after we asked. He kept talking crazy loud the whole time also and stopped mid street for a snack, even tho we already stopped before. The Lady who showed us our seats also couldn’t speak English at all, was rude and even stole our blankets towards to end.

Simeon BVery good. They are always reachable on Whatsapp. Everything fine. Unfortunately no wifi in the bus. That's the only thing I was missing, cause I don't have SIM-Card yet.

Julie PThe bus was way too cold and not enough blankets. It arrived at the destination at 530am. Not 830am. Leaving now stranded.

Siobhain KWe took the overnight bus to Chiang Mai, and overall it was good value for money, but definitely a case of getting what you pay for.
Ticket collection was straightforward, the bus was easy to find, and the station itself was clean, air-conditioned, and had useful facilities like a 7-Eleven and places to grab food before departure. As soon as we boarded, we were given complimentary bottled water and snacks, which was a nice touch.
Unfortunately, we were seated in the very back row, which made for an extremely bouncy ride. If you’re around 6ft tall, don’t expect much comfort or legroom—it was difficult to get any decent sleep. The attendant also kept my ticket after boarding, so when we stopped for a meal break, I couldn’t claim the food voucher that other passengers were using.
I didn’t use the onboard toilet, so I can’t comment on that.
We arrived in Chiang Mai absolutely shattered after a restless night, but considering how inexpensive the ticket was, it delivered exactly what we paid for. If you’re on a budget and don’t mind sacrificing comfort to save money, it’s a perfectly reasonable option.

Joshua It was amazing ! Super efficient bus leaves on time ! Would recommend to arrive at bus terminal 30 mins before intended time . Boarding 15 mins before .
Bus is super clean , there is a toilet in the bus (clean)
Have to use bidet to flush . If you are particular about your toilet , they have 1 pit stop 4 hrs into the ride
Overall super happy with this trip

Gregor RRude host/ess. Most uncomfortable bus seats for sleeping 💤 ever. Ergonomically extreme bad design. I sleep easy everywhere but this ride gave me massive back, neck and headaches.

Katharina totally fine just the ac is crazy and you can’t turn it off. there is 2 hole ac things over your head and you can simply close them but hvere is another one that’s always putting tornados on your head so we were freezing like crazy and we got sick. i don’t know who survives that.. pack socks, long sleeves and a sweater and if you have something for your head. ac‘s are the most under-feared things when it comes to getting sick

Richard Very frustrating service - incredibly rude staff member. Very bumpy journey, impossible to sleep. Bus stopped unnecessarily multiple times on the journey for no purpose other than the drivers - very disappointed overall
