Went the extra mile to ensure we made the bus after very busy traffic due to Songkran. Bus was nice with seats reclining, blankets, water and a McDonald’s chicken burger. Would recommend and good value for money.

An excellent and affordable way to travel, a great service, comfy VIP reclining chairs, great air con & facilities for personal comfort, USB port. Slept most of the way too.

There is no option to stand up or to get off the bus to stretch your legs in the 10h trip. In one of the stops to pick up people, I asked the guy to get off to stretch and he refused. That was mad, I was just asking for 2min. Food was not enough for a 10h ride, they should provide 2 meals, instead there is 1 meal and 2 unhealthy snacks such as dry squid or cookies, so it’s better if you bring your own. No blanket or pillow is provided. Bring your own too as it is cold.

Book an other bus if youre taller than 1,85m otherwise you cant stretch out your legs and it gets really uncomfortable. Service was good tho

God. It was so slow. Like slow as in slowest slow ever. The toilet cannot be locked. We were hungry as hell. If it was that slow i would take train instead of bus.
