Staff was rude and overwhelmed. They obliged me to sit at a different, less comfortable seat on a different bus. Not worth the price.

We were sat at the back of the bus, where the seats don’t recline, so we ended up sleeping on the floor, as the seats were not comfortable at all.

We had booked a Super VIP bus that was nice, but much more expensive than the regular ticket. The ticket price was 780 baht, and we paid 1,400 baht per ticket. That is a very large price difference. On the way back from Chiang Mai, we were given a significantly worse bus, and when we pointed this out, the bus company referred us back to the booking company. That is poor service.

Such chaos on boarding that it was difficult to be sure to be in the right place... no one checked my ticket before departure and no company name registration on the bus. Fortunately we were several French, and at least checked our common destination 😅 on the bus everything went well, but no communication in English.

Bus was delayed by 75 minutes, no one on the gate to provide information, once it arrived two of the people in charge could not agree who to ket in and whi not to. Complete mess. The seats were not nulbered as on the ticket. Light was always on. There were 5+ stops. Super tight and uncomfortable. The ticket with 12go was 10eur more expensive va buying directly at the counter.

It was great. It’s a really average bus to travel with, not much to say. The toilets should be maintained well in my opinion because they smell a bit strong when the doors are not closed properly. The driving feels safe, seats are normal, bus is comfortable enough.
