the 1st driver was crazy, we were not able to rest or sleep. after 30 mins almost had first accident and a second time few hours later. check in was very easy but we will never travel with bus anymore because of the driving experience also upon arrival we felt like cattle, arrived in chiang mai and get out with hurry and throwing out our lugage as if it was nothing

For a super VIP bus, the experience was poor. Toilet on the bus was unusable, very humid, loud airconditioning, no tv screen, very poor guidance from the crew (info about stops, when to leave again,…) , blankets where not fresh.

Booked a VIP bus for Chiang Mai, well worth it. Very spacious and food (Dinner and Snacks) are provided. We reached couple of hours before the expected arrival.

The bus was above our expectations. There was quite a lot of legroom and the seats could recline. We were given a blanket, water, and a snack. We also made a few stops along the way. The journey itself was very comfortable and not as scary as we expected, so overall our experience was good 🙂

It was OK, we got from A to B ok & all. I just feel a little scammed that we paid 1000 baht for a 300 baht ticket. I assumed with the higher price it meant a better vehicle but no, just your regular bus. All the extra 700 or so baht bought us was a trip from a very touristic area of Bangkok to the bus station. I probably could have gotten a taxi for a lot less

The thing is that the girl in red who is the operator is so rude and impatient. Her face was dissatisfied every time and didn’t treat us with a smile. Some of my friends were just a bit late like 3 mins from the restroom and she was yelling at them and we all were not in a good mood anymore. She also slammed the door loudly. My trip was so bad just because of her So, I want you to take some action

Overall good experience for the price. There was a delay in departure due to mechanical issues with the bus but this was explained and fixed quickly with a replacement bus. Were given blankets, water and snacks which was a nice touch. More room than you would expect and good recline on the seats. Not the comfiest nights sleep but decent if you remember to bring eye mask and earplugs/headphones. There was a stop about midnight where lights were turned back on which was unpleasant as it was hard to get back to sleep.
