Dani KThe agency is charging you extra for a mini-van transfer to the local bus station. The mini van was late, the bus wasnt comfortable. It was a waste of time and energy- i could have saved 3 hours and just head the bus station by my own.

Ciara HGot the overnight bus from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and it was a really comfy journey. Super VIP meant we had a private section downstairs with 5 chairs in it. They gave us a juice and cake and a blanket. Toilet was very basic but worked. Managed to get some sleep!
