Bangkok to Chiang Mai Destination Reviews

CR
One of the drivers was really considerate and helpful and the other was brash and rude. I found him to be incredibly dismissive and unhelpful.

Freezing cold the whole trip, Air vents couldn't be closed. Really uncomfortable seats, no place to put your small bags. Crazy small bathroom, almost impracticable. Half of the trip we felt a strong piss smell from the toilet.

It wasn’t my first time traveling on night buses, but this experience left me feeling sad. The stewardess was extremely rude. I believe the company should seriously reconsider her working in this position. She shouted at passengers, addressed everyone by pointing her finger and saying “you,” and showed no basic courtesy. When the restroom was locked and I tried to ask for her help, she rolled her eyes and repeatedly asked, “What do you want?” while ignoring me. She didn’t respond to greetings and even pushed some passengers. The facilities themselves were fine: as usual, there was a blanket, water, a small cupcake, and a food voucher. The restroom, however, was uncomfortable because a large bucket of water took up almost all the space. Honestly, I wouldn’t have written this review at all, as everything else was acceptable. Unfortunately, the behavior of this staff member truly ruined the experience for me.

the socket for charging the mobile phone was not working and, despite having been reported numerous times to the operators, the problem was not solved, they told us to wait 10 minutes each time, and then absolutely nothing was solved. We solved the problem by asking the customers in the front seats if they could let us charge their cell phones and they kindly accepted. In conclusion, we paid like everyone else without being able to use an essential service. If the customers in front of us had not allowed us to use their socket, we would have arrived at our destination with a dead cell phone battery and therefore it would have been impossible for us to reach the hotel. Terrible service. In addition to this, the coach had a cold temperature even though we had been provided with blankets. Never again, very disappointing!
