Such a nightmare Absolutly no organisation at all After waiting in chaotique queue (even if booked online one month before) for more than 2 hours and been traited like shit we finnaly took the road at almost 9 pm So go to hell Cheers

Easy to find the check-in to get our tickets but difficult to find the platform to find the bus and the people there were not really helpful but we managed. There was a nice woman supervising the trip, she gave us a bottle of water and crackers each as long as a coupon to get a free meal. We stopped only once to eat that was all. Bus was old, dirty and not really confortable. Toilets were disgusting and the smell was coming up to us, really not enjoyable. But there were AC so that was alright. Very cheap alternative to plane if you want to save money to go to Chiang Mai from Bangkok.

More than 3 hours delay, 1h30/2h on departure time. Then stopped 5 buses for 1h30 because of a 6th bus that got a problem. They blocked the entire flock of bus on the side of the road.

Worst organised journey and ride I have ever taken in my entire life. The bus was hours late and there were hundreds of people just on the side of the road waiting for different buses with one lady shouting incoherently from a speaker phone. But u couldn’t reach her to ask her a question because of the sheer amount of people.

The break time wasn't indicated. Luckily, my husband was on the bus to stop them, otherwise they would have left without me. He almost had to be threatening before the driver stopped. This incident didn't detract from the fact that the trip went well. Please indicate the break time clearly.

No information about the delay, no excuses, wait over three hours, nothing of the promised things on board like wiifii or power charger. Over all it was just really cold and loud. We got woken up over 2 hours before the arrival by the insane loud music and unfortunaltly the toilette was after 15 min already in a bad condition. I am sorry, I understand and also love that things are working different here, but this was just an unfriendly terrible experience.

Slept really easily on the coach, was very comfortable. The chair reclined and have a foot rest and leg rest. They provided blanket, a bottle of water, juice box and a cake snack. The coach stopped once for a bathroom break at a place with food and drink options. Would take this bus again.

It would’ve been a great journey. Get what you pay for and such. However, with the torrential rain outside we discovered a leak right above our seats! It was a new experience to have it raining inside. We eventually got moved to the very back of the bus on this bench (ledge? Engine cover?) no seatbelts and with AC you couldn’t turn off but luckily all the blankets were stored back there so we were quite toasty.
