Green bus company are great, however 12go include a hidden insurance fee that you might not notice. You will have to email after booking and request a refund. WHICH THEY REFUSE! Very naughty of them. DO NOT USE THEM BOOK DIRECT INSTEAD.

The bus was really clean and great to get a bottle of water and she. We stopped the driver came down the bus giving wet wipes. A really nice touch. Journey was comfortable and felt very safe the whole journey despite road works and two accidents on the road.

In the beginning there was a tiny misunderstanding about the itinerary, but that was quite easily fixed bij the host via Whatsapp, who did his utmost best to help us. I would recommend this service, especially since the pick-up is at your hotel, what is very convenient.

Great modern bus but no electrical chargers for phone and the driver didn't explain the number of stops in Chiang rai so I wasn't sure when I was going to get off.

Very easy to find the bus at the station. Staff confirmed my ticket. Waited 10mins before we were asked to board. Bus left 4mins late. Journey was pleasant no issues with a/c being to cold arrived only a couple of minutes late.
