Cheryl The pick up was stated as being our hotel however this was changed to a location 6 kms away 2 hours before. It took several messages to be picked up within walking distance from our hotel.
The driver was very rude and was yelling at 5 of us in his language to get off the bus which we didn't understand. We finally worked out he wanted us in specific seats.
Electric function on seats not working - height adjustment, massage, phone charging
The drive was very fast and quite dangerous in parts so we were very happy to arrive.

Victoria The driver let us know the morning of that they couldn’t pick up from our hotel. When they picked us up at 1030, we drove 5min down the road and then stopped and waited for half an hour. At about 1100 we drove to another hotel and picked up more people. Then we drove for about 10mins and then stopped again and waited for more people to come. Finally at 1130 we thought we were on our way out of Nha Trang. No we stopped a further 3 times before making any distance out of Nha Trang. We were meant to arrive at Da lat at 1300 and we ended up arriving at around 1500. This is a lot of wasted time and very frustrating as we could have either been enjoying more time in Nha Trang rather than sitting in a bus waiting for other people. Better planning is required.

David SThe bus ride was fine but the organization was a little confusing. I booked a ticket with a departure of 0845. Soon after confirmation I received a WhatsApp text from the bus company saying the departure would be 0915. I arrived early and was told to board and we left at 0845. The trip was longer than advertised but good otherwise. No English communication while on the trip but it was not difficult to understand what was going on.

Bart He brought us to the mountains, through clouds and broken roads and in the dark. We always felt safe and were comfortable. The driver did a very good job on a difficult journey and took no risks on the mountainous roads. Very recommendable, especially when you're from Europe or the U.S.!
