Anonymous Punctual and functional. Left on time and arrived on time. Busy but found a seat – very comfortable. A little chaotic getting on and off but that was mainly to do with the passengers. Online booking system was easy. And the journey was very quick – 25 minutes. It was a little untidy, particularly the toilet but that is quite common on ferries.

Anonymous Comfortable Crossing. The staff on board were very helpful in particular with the gangway which was very steep for my wife using crutches. The ride was really smooth and aircon helped with the high temperatures. Good prompt crossing.

Anonymous In Milna haben viele Menschen ohne Ticket gewartet und gehofft, dass Sie noch mitfahren können. Als das der Mann an der Ticketkontrolle bemerkt hatte, rief er dazu auf, dass alle Personen mit vorhandenem Ticket vortreten dürfen. Das war sehr hilfreich, hätte aber auch sofort stattfinden können. In Milna ca. zwanzig Minuten verspätet angekommen, waren natürlich schon reichlich Gäste an Bord. Da es keine Sitzplatzzuteilung gibt, war es schwierig zusammenhängende Plätze zu bekommen. Ein Herr war dann so nett und tauschte seinen Platz, damit wir zusammen sitzen können. Ganz wütend machte es mich, dass ein Passagier, der sogar einen der Mitarbeiter an Bord kannte, sich einfach auf einen Platz am Fenster setzte, der offensichtlich bereits von zwei älteren Damen besetzt war, die kurz auf der Toilette waren. Er hat frecher Weise die Jacke der einen Dame beiseite gelegt und ist auch nicht wieder aufgestanden, so dass eine Dame nun stehen musste bis nach Split. Eine solche Unverschämtheit habe ich noch nicht gesehen.
