ลืมโทรศัพท์ไว้ในรถ จากหัวหินไปสุวรรณภูมิ แต่รถต้องไปส่งถึงพัทยา ตอนแรกจะให้เราไปรับที่พัทยา บ่ายเบี่ยงต่างๆ แต่เราก็ขอให้มาฝากไว้กับรถจากพัทยามาสุวรรณภูมิได้ไหม ก็โอเคค่ะ สามารถมารับโทรศัพท์ที่ลืมในรถที่สุวรรณภูมิได้ ก็ยังดีกว่าให้เราไปรับพัทยา

Grumpy bus driver wouldn't let me on bus before departure time and made me take big holdall on bus, not put in hold. I had to ride back with my feet on my holdall. Uncomfortable.

ข้อมูลที่แจ้งที่อยู่ว่าไปขึ้นรถที่ไหนผิดครับ ทำให้ผมต้องนั่งวินมอเตอร์ไซด์จากที่ขนส่งพัทยาเหนือ ไปขนส่งพัทยาใต้ เสียเงินเพิ่มเยอะกว่าเดิมครับ และเกือบจะไม่ทันรถด้วยครับ

Günstiger von Bangkom nach Pattaya geht wirklich nicht. Wir wurden sogar auf eine frühere Verbindung umgebucht, da wir sehr zeitig am Terminal waren. Platzangebot auch für größere Europäer ok. Fahrstil des Fahrers: besser als erwartet Pünktlichkeit: Statt 3 Stunden nur gut 2 Stunden unterwegs Weiterer Service: leider keiner; aber bei 160 Baht wohl auch nicht zu erwarten. Gepäck: 1 Handgepäck +1 Koffer bis 20,kg inklusive; mehr Gepäckstücke oder mehr Gewicht kosten extra (beim Fahrer zu zahlen)

Благодаря работникам станции успели сесть в автобус. Время выезда перенесли на 10 минут раньше, сервис об этом не предупреждает, поэтому чуть не опоздали на автобус.

เมื่อวันที่23นั่งแถวหลังสุด ลืมหนังสือและซองจดหมายไว้ ข้างไนซองเป็นแผ่รพับเล็กๆ คล้ายๆแมคกาซีน เป็นไปได้ ถ้าคนรถเก็บไว้ อยากได้คืนค่ะ

Due to airline canceling my original flight and booking me another for 3 hours later. I tried to change my bus trip for another 3 hours later. The bus company said I had to go through 12go Asia. 12go Asia said I had to go through the bus operator. All got to hard so stayed with original bus time. No other issues.

I love the way the attendant handled the trip. Before leaving Pattaya, she made sure everyone was wearing seatbelt. She also oriented us about the do's and don'ts of the trip. She was also very attentive to the needs of all passengers. She even called the attention of passengers who had loud voice while conversing with each other.
