Anonymous Not much to add here, as I was unable to make the journey. I've used GetByBus many times over the years, and print my tickets in advance before arriving in The Balkans. This journey was one of those occasions (which can happen), where the ticket I bought was a "mobile ticket", and as a such, didn't have the "ticket must be printed" warning on the reservation. I paid for my platform ticket on arrival at Sarajevo bus station, but the driver wouldn't accept my mobile booking when I stepped onto the bus. I was quickly given a ticket of sorts by a helpful agent at the booking office, but the driver wouldn't accept this either. It was now departure time. The driver went to the booking office himself; returning five minutes later (the bus was now late). I then had to explain that I couldn't make the trip anyway, as there was only one bus returning from Gorazde that day, and I had no paper ticket for that journey either. I made the reservation only a few days before whilst in Sarevo, and didn't have access to a printer at the time. Not happy.
