Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The company changed our departure time at the last minute to an hour earlier, which meant we missed the bus as we were still completing the Ha Giang Loop. When I asked for a refund, they refused and instead moved us to the later bus, leaving us stranded in Ha Giang for an extra three hours with nothing to do. The replacement bus then arrived 40 minutes late (kind of ironic), and the air conditioning was broken. Partway through the journey, we were unexpectedly taken off the sleeper bus and transferred into a minivan with no explanation. The driver was rude, grumpy, and drove recklessly, repeatedly making dangerous manoeuvres that came uncomfortably close to several moped riders. The whole ride felt unsafe. To top it all off, there were no rest stops during the journey, and we arrived in Hanoi more than two hours later than scheduled. Overall, the communication was poor, the service was disorganised, and the journey was uncomfortable and stressful. I would not recommend this company.

The driver stopped once early in our trip for a toilet stop and then not again, despite an older man requesting a toilet stop. The bus interior was not particularly clean and looked pretty old.
