The ride was amazing. The bus started earlier than scheduled (we were supposed to go at 23 or midnight, first they asked us if it is ok to go at 22), for us it was better, because we didnt have to wait. Bus was comfortable, clean, cold. Was a very pleasant journey.

It was an alright bus trip. The pictures on 12Go make buses look far nicer than what you actually get. Some drivers are nicer than others. Left my sunnies behind. They gave me a 10min window to collect them and wouldnt hold them any longer in the office for me to collect so I had to organise grab to collect them for me. Overall I would still happily use their service

We were just 5 passengers in a little van. 2 local passengers put totally down their seats and I had a bad journey all the time. The few seats available were occupied by bags, so I had to stay 6 hours in a bad condition.
