We bought tickets from Ha Giang to Hanoi (bus + mini bus). Very unpleasant ride, the second bus took us to complately different location than mentioned on the drop-off point, when we mentioned that we have paid to be droped off at different location he got angry and agressive and kicked us out on the street! Would not recomend as they do not provide services they promise. We have taken many sleeper buses but never had any problems, this was just something unacceptable.

Difficult communication with staff on board. Transfer from sleeper bus to shuttle bus in Hanoi was unexpected and hard to figure out on the spot. Driver of shuttle bus did not drop us off anywhere near expected destination.

Deranged driver who was very very rude. Not blaming this on not knowing English but it was insane. Very dangerous driving and just straight up being aggressive. He’s lucky that we needed him but I wanted to return the favor. Other passagers said the same. He pretended to be in a hurry and than stopped 6 times to talk to friends or let them on for one or two stops.

The bus dropped us off 40 minutes from the the actual drop off point. All the drivers said was "Hanoi get off". We were flooded we taxi drivers, and most of us took taxis to our hotel. Later, we learned we were supposed to wait for a minibus to take us to the drop off point. But no bus employee told anyone.
