Didn’t like that we had to pick up our tickets from a different location before the train. You can send it straight to us or have us get it at the train station

Beds were quite comfortable. The room locked. It was possible to close the air vents as this was a bit cold. The train left on time and was only a few minutes later than advertised. The toilet was not great as it was quite smelly and very wet so tricky to use. Although someone did clean it in the middle of the night. However the cabin with a bed was very preferable to sitting up all night. Well worth the money.

I booked a night train to surat thani, October 19. As usual, I retrieved my ticket in their office of chatuchak. Everythings were PERFECT!! All my tickets were ready and just need to go to get my train. On 2024, I came in Thailand and travelled with 12 go. Everything were perfect!! Next year, I plan to come back in Thailand. Obviously, I will order my ticket train with 12 go, once again. Thanks for your job. Philippe MANY FRANCE
