Although I bought it weeks ago, the seats I got were at the back of the train and car, which was not comfortable at all. I wish I could choose the seat when I book.

The bus departed a bit late but we still arrived on time! I booked a First class bus from Bangkok Mochit station to Chiang Mai. Everything was smooth, they provided snacks like a sandwich, chips and water. They also were super attentive. The AC was on the whole trip so it didn't felt hot inside, and they provide blankets to everyone in case you're cold. Toilets had what needed and there was reclining sits with screens (which I didn't used but seemed to work fine). I was able to sleep for most part of the trip, as they turned off the lights and made it comfortable for the passengers. The staff at the desk were also very helpful and spoke well English. Would definitely recommend if you're thinking of traveling by bus through Thailand!

the upper part of the bus had many empty seats but I was not allowed to move seats. the seat I had, foot rest was broken and I had a large person sitting next to me. Moving to a new seat would have made the long trip much more comfortable.

should not be labeled “super VIP”. it is average long haul bus experience. toilets is bad and looks like a regular toilet bowl poorly retrofitted on a bus. it has USB charger ports. plenty of leg room. the seats are probably the same as other non “VIP” buses. staff is not bad but not pleasant service either. rest stop meal is cold. there was nothing “vip” about it, just average. good thing is driving is smooth and safe.
