Everything was so unsystematic that you would see a lot of peoole not knowing where to go, what to do, and which bus. Our departure time was 7:15pm but we left the terminal at 8:20pm. There really is no assigned bus. All the people were lining up, asking each other. The persons in front who were managing were no help at all. They will fill up each bus then another, fill it up again then on to the next. The seats were uncomfortable, especially for a 10-hour ride. There were no free water, snacks and meal at all, and no blankets too!. The bathroom was really stinky that if the door was left unopen, we, ourselves, would close it because the whole bus smelled. We will definitely NOT going to ride a bus again, especially with this operator.

It was ok in general, but that’s the 2nd time I get a seat that doesn’t recline so it was very uncomfortable stay +12h in that position. Only 1 stop with 20min to eat and stretch.They don’t say but you can have a free meal with your ticket at the stop (that’s nice).
