I made reservation from 12 go Asia. If compare with the counter prices, it is already higher. But, they assigned me the last row seat. It is still okay. The smell is really terrible. The seats that I reserved are very close with toilet. Really bad experience ever. I asked the staff to change the seats. The girl staff said to me, ‘Didn’t you check before buying the ticket?’ Blaming, first!!!! I made reservation from 12 go Asia. How can I have the choice?

It is the best quality bus service between CNX and BKK. On-time departure and on time arrival. The buses are clean. The seats are the best design with motorised recline and leg support. The recline does not bother the people behind. An actual functional entertainment system. Overall, Everything was perfect except one thing. The blanket is too thin for 16 degrees celsius inside the cabin.
