The driver was well-behaved and his driving style was good. I did not receive any information from the company till the day of the travel after I called and message 3 to 4 times. It is better to have the information and confirmation sooner than the day of the travel.

We were in CC C1 First Class but seats very old & broken. Many people without seat reservations stood in aisle of carriage & were crowded around toilet.

The driver was prompt and friendly and drove safely. He pointed things out to us on the journey. We stopped for a break at a good cafe which had a great shop. The journey was very pleasant.

The bus that we taken is a little bit dusty. If you can't stand with the horn, don't go. As we have already make up our mind before entering the bus so the horn is not so disturbing us. At around 2pm, they did stop 10’ for guests to WC and quick snack and drink with cheap price. Remember to give the driver assistance for the destination so they will let you know once arrive. There’s a Nuego office for boarding and having the staff for checking your ticket and confirm that you’re on the right point to board. But remember to use google streetview to see exact location. There’s no WC in the office. Be prepared!

The train arrived late but tbh 30/40 mins is pretty good by India's standards! Unfortunately the seating chart didn't match the train layout so my partner and I weren't seated together. The CC class is quite cramped for a four hour journey but seats are padded and the AC very cold.

Very good trip until many people filled the carriage and stood in the ailse. After a while a huge argument, with the emergency cord eventually being pulled, took place and many left the carriage. The journey continued. Too many people allowed on the train and in carriages they don't have tickets for.
