Wasn't as chaotic as I expected. The travel agency managed to take me to the bus in time and I got my assigned seat/bed. The bus was dodgy, but I had a comfortable ride.

the drivers need to stop pressing the horn all the trip, and every second.
No one can sleep or rest.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were delayed by an hour, which we expected, considering the weather conditions on the day. I very much enjoyed all the text notifications and a map to track the progress of my journey. I also appreciated the toilet break halfway through the journey.
The buss was impressively punctual. Texting an actual pin location for departure was immensely helpful. As a tourist sometimes there’s a disconnect in where I think I’m supposed to go and reality. The pinned location made it seamless and no doubt it was the location
Twice they put another person in my place and it was a sleeping place. The travel experience with this transport company was terrible.

This bus was dangerously overcrowded with people packed all the way down the aisle, squashed in and sleeping on the floor, despite 3 stops between Agra and Jaipur. Thankfully, I bought an actual seat and was near the front, although I had huge reservations about the driver, allowing ~6 people to be crammed into his cabin with the bus door open for most of the trip.
Driver was on time, call me the day before, got an text message the day before. Very polite driver, we had break on the road. Top service thanks a lot. Very recommended service.

Bus departed 90 minutes late. I even don't know if that was the right bus, but my ticket was accepted and I got to my destination. Don't expect punctuality in India.
