Driver was on time with the pickup, stopped for restroom as we requested, and helped us load/unload our luggages. Although we ordered an SUV, we ended up getting a luxury van instead that allowed us to adjust our seats and put our feet up. Overall, the ride was quick and comfortable.
Our driver was exceptional. He was very polite, thoughtful and an excellent driver. We very much appreciated it was a long drive at a late hour. We give him 5++++ stars.
I am very happy with the service provided. I did a mistakein booking wherein i ended up booking for a day later. Without any issues they sent me the car in 20 mins and took no extra charge. Great experience.
Unfortunately, with the amount of travel companies in Thailand this one dropped the ball. Booking was for 12.15 pm but the driver came at 1 pm, that too after we reached out to check at 12.30 pm as to where the driver was? We were told they will be there in 30 mins, as if it was organized last minute rather than a few days as we had done. The car was slightly dated and had a smell to it. Driver was courteous though and helped with our bags so we cannot blame him.
I was a little worried as it is my first time traveling far but this made it very easy with the instructions on where to go and driver was very nice and made every thing super easy
Great service. Comfortable ride- driver arrived early so we could leave on time and asked if we needed any stops along the way. Very easy to book online the night before.
