The bus was clean and the service was great (very friendly and helpful). The free meal was definitely a bonus, especially on a long trip (and it was tasty!).

Friendly, fast and uncomplicated. Just sometimes need to wait what’s going on. But would do it again. Very cold at the bus. Small seats on the left side of the bus.
Everything was okay, but we couldn’t charge our phones, because they were not working

Lovely experience. The whole process went smoothly from check in to arrival. Lovely service aboard the night bus and everything ran on time. The VIP bus was really comfortable with pillow and blanket and managed to sleep really well and arrived at our destination on time with no problems. Highly recommend.

First bus very comfortable and we were able to sleep. Stop and wait for second bus could be a bit more organized and communicated what we have to do. Second bus was okay and ferry was how expected. Nothing to complain here

People in the agency in Bangkok are not nice at all. We stopped only once in 11 hours in the bus. We arrived late so we had to rush to the boat, and couldn't get the top because so many cars blocked us. Otherwise, the bus is quite comfortable but it would be nice to wash the blankets sometimes.
It was a bit chaotic at every stop. Getting on the bus, getting from the bus to the ferry and getting off the ferry.
Especially getting on and off the ferry and the final destination could be a lot better coordinated. People lining up to get on are in the way of people trying to get off, and when the staff tries to do something about it, it's already wayyyy too late.
The ticket woman on the bus made it the most uncomfortable experience. She came and sat on my feet with out saying sorry or excuse and took the space I was trying to sleep on. Then kept having her phone on loud which kept ringing or getting a text message. The aircon broke and we got switched to another vehicle which was not as comfortable.

It was very very cold. Some ppl ask attendant to make it less cold but nothing changed. To go to koh phangan you have: sleeping bus, then you change for a normal bus, and then you have something like tuk tuk at the end.
