Le bus était en retard mais confortable. Nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi nous devions changer de bus 2 fois avec une attente entre les deux ? Au moins le deuxième ne semble pas nécessaire. Amenez les gens avec le grand bus au ferry, il y a assez de place !

Bus was belated but comfortable. We could not understand, why we has to switch busses 2 times with waiting in between?? At least the 2nd seems not necessary. Bring the people with the big bus to the ferry, there is enough space!!

Le changement de van est superflu, des tickets pour des trajets en taxi et des retours sans 12Go sont vendus à l'arrêt à des prix exorbitants. Très intrusif

You have to arrive 1 hour before, it says on the PDF voucher. But they open at 8.00 so this cannot be done when we had to leave at 8.45. They lie and say because of weather conditions the bus is late, but there was no rain. The came from bangkok. Why are we waiting for a bus from bangkok, when we are traveling from Hua Hin. The ferry was also late an extra hour because we had to wait for 2 more buses. Terrible planning and no information underway. We paid for vip but everyone got the same. A wide seat with a lot of legroom on an old bus with my video screen torn out. All in all not reliable
