Tia The car was nice, it was on time, and would have been a goos trip, BUT - the aircon was so poor i was on the verge of fainting. Mind you i do have medical issues that cause intolerance to prolonged heat, and it didn't seem like a problem for others, but AC is why I chose the van instead of the Lao train, which was very poorly airconed too. I would not dare again for this reason.

Anita L-Over crammed vehicle which barely fit all passengers luggage. So crammed that you’re wedged in shoulder to shoulder with the passenger next to you.
-Vehichle was extremely dated, no air conditioning.
-Pick up service was late.
Would not use again.

Shawn CIt was good. They arrived about 20 minutes late, but they were picking up other passengers en route to pick me up so it’s ok I guess. It would have been nice to receive a message saying they were on their way or some kind of confirmation about that. Aside from that everything else was good.

Anne LThe bus we were supposed take was seemingly overbooked and we got in another van. The seats were uncomfortable and there was no leg room (and I’m short). Not enough space for bags under the van so the aile was filled with suitcases.

Rachel LThey had us wait 1hour for the hotel pick up, which was tuktuk, then 1,5hours at random Gas station before putting us in crowded van to get us to bus. The journey was supposed to take 2 hours and took 5. No one said anything at all - very chaotic.
