Salma BThe journey itself went very well. A tuk-tuk picked us up at our hotel and then brought us to the van. The driver was polite and professional, but I don't understand why we were asked to provide our hotel address only to be left stranded in the middle of the city in 30°C heat with our suitcases. Unfortunately, with all the other passengers in the van, we each had to walk to our own hotels, which wasn't what we had agreed upon. I'm disappointed because the rest of the trip went smoothly. Please address this issue.

Jerrie SWe were picked up by a tuk-tuk and taken to a “bus station,” where a full bus was already waiting. Some extra chairs were placed in the middle of the bus for us to use. There was very little legroom, especially if you’re taller than 1.85m.

Anne SInformation was clear. Tour operator office was easy to find, there was a waiting area, toilet, and the woman running it spoke good English. Left and arrived on time. The minivan was comfortable enough, although not a lot of leg room. One toilet stop just before arriving in Vientiane.
