Service was good but rushing all the time with the transfers. At the station they were helpful but mid trip we felt rush to board and unsafe while ours bags were ok another bus but language barrier made it difficult. Slowing down in explanations could be good for a smooth transport

The driver of the first bus was very rude and using abusive language to passengers. Haven’t seen such a rude person in my entire Thailand trip. Initially the ride was in a small bus and we were later transferred to a minivan which was not mentioned while booking this trip. The driver of the mini bus was rude. The second driver was calm and helpful. But driving by both drivers wede satisfactory.

Badly organised, way too over crowded, staff really rude, the bus to the pier was excellent well ran and comfortable. I got two tickets for the bus and ferry and a transfer to our hotel, identical, they would not let my friend on the bus even though she had the same ticket. Would not reccomend and wouldn’t book through them again

We arrived earlier at the Bus station so they offered us to take the earlier bus (at 11:20), the connection with the second Van was perfectly on time. Everything about the travel was good.
