The driver was fantastic and saved this transfer from being poor. Pickup was 1pm but didn’t actually get picked up until 2:30pm. If i hadn’t texted for updates i would have no idea. Traffic was poor i understand but 1hr30 is alot. The driver like i said was very happy and helpful.

Kata beach - Ao Nang - bus was on time, but then had to do multiple pickups around Phuket. Which meant, not leaving Phuket Island until 3pm, due to Phuket traffic. Had two stops along the way, first stop driver nearly left without me. Second stop was only 40KM from Ao Nang, which felt a bit pointless.

It was not for me. Too bouncy. I have muscle pain. So if you are elder or prone to muscle pains i would not recommend

Trip was okay. Left in time. There was room in earlier bus, so we joint in that bus. Made a few stops to pick up and drop off people, and 2 breaks. Drive was about 4 hours and afterwords transfer to hotel. Perfect. Recommend for sure. Did not understatement why I paid for covid Package insurance. Did not check that box.

The van did not stop for us the first time. When I called the operator, he started shouting on me. He said “go talk to 12go asia, I cannot talk to you”

In the end the bus came in and everything went fine. We waited about an hour at the pier. With this said, the hours we need to be ready is not clear or is confusing. The route we choose was at 11:20 but we assumed that the pickup would be way earlier so that we can get at the pier at the right time. Maybe clear and out into evidence what time to be ready.
