Eilidh MThe bus was comfy but we arrived 2.5 hours late at a totally different drop off to the 12Go pdf. Had to get a half hour Grab from the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh which was not ideal with my big bag. Also at the border is isnt very clear, you go through passport control and then in the other side there are various men with vans and you have to figure out which one is taking you to the next bus which requires Google translate due to language barrier

Louise We were in 4 different busses. The departure was on time but the arrival was 3 hours delayed. Then we got dropped off at the wrong station and no help to get.

Sophia PThe trip takes around 3 hours longer than advertised. The (sleeper) bus we were in for the majority of the journey was comfortable though and we stopped for dinner. Gets you from A to B but it’s not the best.
