Yuzuki KThis was truly the worst experience of my life. When I transferred from the pickup car to the van, I trusted them and stored my suitcase in the luggage space at the back. While we were kept waiting for about an hour for passengers from other hotels, my luggage was opened without my permission, and my cash was stolen. They specifically target foreign currencies like USD and JPY, which hold more value than Lao Kip. Every single banknote was stolen from the wallet I had kept deep inside my bag.
When we arrived at the destination, I noticed that the suitcase buckles, which should have been locked, were wide open. While I was frantically checking my wallet, the van immediately drove off and fled the scene.
I contacted 12Go via email and phone right away. Although they initially stated they would "look into it," they have completely ignored me since then and have not sent a single reply. Furthermore, the emergency phone number listed on the booking PDF connected to someone who had absolutely no authority or relevance to this matter, providing no solution at all.
To make matters worse, the drive itself was reckless. We departed an hour later than scheduled, and despite a heavy downpour that made the windshield almost completely blind, the driver drove at a dangerously high speed.
I absolutely do not recommend this van service (Buasavanh Travel). Even if you have no choice but to take it, you must never, under any circumstances, leave your valuables in your checked luggage. This horrific experience has completely shattered my trust in both 12Go and Laos as a whole.

Salma BThe journey itself went very well. A tuk-tuk picked us up at our hotel and then brought us to the van. The driver was polite and professional, but I don't understand why we were asked to provide our hotel address only to be left stranded in the middle of the city in 30°C heat with our suitcases. Unfortunately, with all the other passengers in the van, we each had to walk to our own hotels, which wasn't what we had agreed upon. I'm disappointed because the rest of the trip went smoothly. Please address this issue.

Jerrie SWe were picked up by a tuk-tuk and taken to a “bus station,” where a full bus was already waiting. Some extra chairs were placed in the middle of the bus for us to use. There was very little legroom, especially if you’re taller than 1.85m.
