Everything was arranged by the company. Only thing was that the bus arrived at 8.45, left at 9.15 and it took us almost two hours to get to the boat. We arrived at 11.05 (departure time 11.00) so we were the last ones at the boat.

It was great actually, I even got a drop-off to my hotel on Koh Samui for 150 baht, in a nice AC-cold van. (They tried offering me 450, I refused and said I’d take the pick-up trucks. 5 min later they offered 150.) Make sure you go to their office, and not to the city bus stop right behind.
