Never been treated that badly. The driver wouldnt answer a question and just turned around after a nice „excuse me“. No one of Phantip wanted to speak to us they only talked to people that spoke Thai and ignored us.

During my trip, I was informed that there was no transportation available from the ferry port to my hotel. I did not receive a refund. I had to call a taxi and incur additional costs.

Super easy. Was worried about pickup points etc.. don't.. they called my number with super clear Instruction.. ended up with earlier bus/boat arrived 2 hours early winner

I had a transfer booked, bus + ferry + taxi around the island right after arriving at the airport. I was not met at the airport. No one helped with my luggage. When I was transferring from the bus to the ferry, there was no help or information again. As a result, when boarding the ferry through a narrow passage, the wheel of my suitcase broke because I was dragging all the suitcases alone. I was supposed to be met by a taxi at the ferry pier, and again no one met me or helped me. I waited at the pier for half an hour, then took another taxi and left. Only forty minutes after the ferry arrived, they started writing to me on WhatsApp with questions about where I was and that they wanted to meet me. In the end, I was tired, with a broken suitcase, very angry and completely disappointed. I will not use this anymore, it's disgusting.

When I went to the pier at Surat Thani, I wasn’t sure which was the right boat, but just asked. The workers helped me. If you ask the people very nice they will always help you!! The lady at the ticket Check in Even scant my QR-Code for the Ferry ticket, because I was fully packed😂 One thing when I arrived at the pier, coming from the Airport, I only had 15 min. till my ferry would have left. So you should definitely check your leaving time!
