Scott Excellent service, would recommend. Their office is located right outside the airport. We had no delays and were dropped off right at the entrance of the port.

Symone Great experience, everything ran on time. However it would be good to be provided on the route. Once you get to the port at Surat Thank, you have to wait 1 hr for the ferry. I think if people get told this beforehand, they can buy snacks and drinks to prepare.

Omnia I’m happy about the organisation. everything was on time (bus+ferry) and everyone was friendly and even find solutions for us to go to our hotel in koh samui for a super price compared to Grab.

Emily CThe staff at the airport were lovely. However, the bus driver was very rude. When we got to the docks he said something we couldn’t hear/understand. We didn’t know who should get off where. We were all (everyone left on the bus) confused and discussed our confusion. Some people got off. When myself and another passenger followed he screamed at us repeatedly “stay on the bus. Can you not listen? Are you stupid?” And wouldn’t let anyone talk to say “we don’t know what’s going on”. The shouting was completely rude and unnecessary. It’s not difficult to simply say “where are you going? Okay you need to stay on the bus for the next stop”.
