The driver arrived 20 minutes late from the time planned, an hour later than our landing even though they had our flight details, they never contacted us about where to find them and we went around the airport looking for them, we had to contact them to a number to find out that were on route, never proactive. The trunk was very small, we hired a car for 3 and the luggage barely fitted even though it was under 20 Kgs per person

It was a bit unclear where the van would pick us up, but after some texting via WhatsApp with the dispatcher we got the confirmation that they pick us up at our hotel. The journey went smoothly and we even had a short break (after 1,5 hour drive) to get some snacks. The airconditioning in the van was a bit too warm for us though. We arrived on time at the harbour, lunched (at our own expense) and went onwards with the catamaran to Koh Tao. Good service.
