my boyfriend was sick, so we asked if he could sit in the front. they said ‘of course’ and acted like they would help. when the bus arrived the seat in the front was taken and they did nothing about it so be had to sit in the back. then we had to ask 5 times to put the AC on, which the driver did for two minutes and put it off after that.

We booked the transfer for a couple hours after our flight was scheduled to land, just in case, but (communicating through whatsapp) our driver was happy to meet us right when the flight landed and leave when we were ready. He provided water and local fruits to snack on during the drive. The vehicle was older, but had comfortable seats and plenty of room for our backpacks.
