Bait and switch on the bus. The one in the picture on the website was nice and new the actual bus was old with worn out suspension. The driver was a little grumpy too.

I enjoyed the bus ride from Surat Thani to Phuket.. The bus was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The driver was very careful and capable. You could sense that he knew the route and made adjustments for the roadworks as we went along. We had a 10 minute stop for a bite to eat and toilet break. Will definitely travel with them anytime.

Arrived with train from hua hin 9.40. The bus (10 .00 was gone so must go with 10.30. That bus was overbooked so must seat on fluor most of the road to phuket. Very bad and horrible.

Well it was good and saw more beautiful country than in the van as it went to more places. The driver and the co-worker very kind, helpful and efficient. However I was not well for the whole journey.
