Horrible experience. I first booked the bus for 8.30 am and received the ticket per mail. Then gor a whatsapp message telling me the bus was full and sugggesting to change it at 7.45 am, which I accepted. At 5.30 they sent me another message telling me to be at the G8 office station at 7.15 am!! I only read it in the morning and had already booked a taxi ay 7.15 am so it was way too late. I had no explanation on that message. I didnt understand if there was a problem or not. No indication of the location of the office either. When I finally found it,, they explained nothing and just gave me a ticket and told me to wait for the bus. When I took the bus I learned that I was gonna change it in Hanoi,, while no one told me that before !!!!!! I didnt know which second bus I should take (no number speicfied on the ticket or destination) nor When it will pass. Again found the second G8 office at hanoi who had no information about the second bus, stating that they were only a pick up point. When the bus came (we supposed it was ours because we asked the driver if he was going to tam coc), the driver intially refused to take me in along with others saying that our names were not on his list. Again didnt know if I already missed my bus or what was going on. I knew I would not get any information from G8 office so I insisted with the driver and he finally found our names I his list... Terrible stressful experience. Zero information. Zero communication. Zero professionalism.

I had to take a total of 4 buses to reach my destination, which was not described. Staff were very unhelpful and rude, alway leaving us on the side of the road with no instruction. Highly recommend booking with another company

I booked a direct bus from Sapa to Ninh Binh, and we had a 1-hour connection in Hanoi, which wasn't really clear at the moment of the booking (they explained it on the confirmation though). Drivers were rudes. Bus wasn't super comfy either, air conditionning was broken (impossbile to turn it off, so it was super cold).

Meeting point and drop point not respected. The driver made us go down 2km before the normal place. Seats not very confortable. Important late, people sleeping in corridor... But good support by what's app

The seats were absolutely NOT clean (at the time we had to get off, we saw, that the stuff just folded back the blanket and put new water there, instead of actually cleaning the sleeping areas). We had a delay and there was still the rubbish from the previous passengers on my seat. This was our first experience with this organisation, before we traveled with hk Busline and it was FAR better and even for the same price!

this experience was my worst so far in vietnam. the route was more expensive than other routes which i was fine with because of the time it left, however, there was a bus transfer that was not really mentioned or made clear in the listing. after we arrived at the first destination, we were rushed off the bus to a van which took us to a different bus stop. the driver then just left us. no one knew where to go, us or the people at this station, which wasn’t really even a station. just a group of us in a dark parking lot wandering around trying to figure out where to go. luckily there was a group of us. i would’ve felt a little uncomfortable if i was alone. we finally found a dark bus that looked like it could be ours. one of the girls knocked on the bus window, and the driver, who was asleep in one of the beds, answered and it was the right one. then we left 30 minutes late. the bus drivers were all rude and aggressive, but that seems to be the norm in vietnam. giving two stars instead of one because we made it to the destination safely.
