Horrific the most dirty bus with cockroaches in the cabin and 50 other smaller animals I have never experienced anything like it. When we came to Hanoi they had brought to the wrong pickup point for our next bus and suddenly we rushed to another point. Then we waited for an our and when we finally got on bus we drove around in Hanoi for 2 hours because one passenger were missing and. He wouldn’t go before we begged the staff. We booked a sleeper from Hanoi but got a limousine And then when we came to ninh binh we should apparently transfer again even tho it didn’t say that on our ticket to get to tam coc. Horrific experience if I don’t get my money back I would never use 12 go again

The company overbooked our bus and, for hours, the employees ignored us and refused to give us a solution. They just pretended we were not there.

The bus was clean and comfortable but because of 2 things we give the review. First, they change the time last minute of the bus just like 90% of the other bus companies in Vietnam, which I find absolutely unacceptable. Second, they stopped for bathroom in bad times, first 30 minutes only after departure, and between the last stop before Hanoi and Ninh Binh they made us wait 4h without bathroom.

I booked a direct bus from Sapa to Ninh Binh, and we had a 1-hour connection in Hanoi, which wasn't really clear at the moment of the booking (they explained it on the confirmation though). Drivers were rudes. Bus wasn't super comfy either, air conditionning was broken (impossbile to turn it off, so it was super cold).
