They forget to pus us on the list for the connecting bus. So we had to wait 1 hour in Hanoi. They got us a taxi then whilst the bus was waiting on the highway.

actually we booked a bus from sapa to ninh bihn (tam coc) to get a full night in it, and 2hours before departure, the company is telling me that we were gonna have a transfer in hanoï.. 1st bus from sapa to hanoï was perfect, but the 2nd from another company wasnt the same as the pics (even if it was a vip bus). full up of mosquitos, of humidity, driver was so fast and using too many time horn.. and didnt stop to let us go to the toilets, was speaking loudly and doing tiktok with high volume

Clean bus and on time. Professional staff as well. If you are travelling for first time then keep in mind that seats are allocated at the end moment on their discretion. If you selected upper cabin then you still might end up with lower cabin.

The lady who runs this hostel is a scammer! I advise you to look at the Google comments ... She makes the buses miss so that the travelers eat at her place! We had to stop all passing buses to make sure we could get ours. If we didn't warn the other passengers that their bus was there... They'd miss it! Because she insisted it wasn't there... Unacceptable...
