Our cabins were without curtain and with much noise. We asked to replace. After they yelled at us when we asked our money back we were moved to proper seats.

Very small beds definitely not for a bigger people. Local people sleeping on the floor and in the bathroom. We had to change the vehicle two times.

The bus was 1.5h late. The bus was full with not enough seat, because the ones who needed to get off were sleeping. No one was directing anyone. Once on the bus, it went well and we got to our destination on time. However. The take off was very poor.

Sapa to cat ba. The pick up was easy, the bus had a bad smell because in the trunk they bring food... The driver speak loud all the way and the cabin are but older than other companies we took. Nevertheless we had a quite good trip, leaving and arriving on time

A little chaos in check-in. Cabin was so thin that I did not have room for my arms. Rude driver. One stop for toilette 30' after departure, but any other, at least until Hai Phong, were I was dropped. By the way, they didn't drop me at Vihn Niem Station, but at a random place where other locals got off the bus. Luckily, a taxi was waiting for them and call another taxi for me to go to my destination.
