Sandra Communication before the trip was good. Sleeper bus was comfortable. Water and wifi. From Hanoi to ferry and from ferry to cat ba city centre was a normal bus. Regular seats. Not too bad, were only short trips.

Fabian BChanged our bus in Hanoi, first bus driver didn’t inform us about anything, probably because he didn’t speak English, bus had some beeping all night and he also drove pretty fast in bad weather and on winding road, so we couldn’t sleep a lot. But that was another company, as soon as Goodmorning Catba took over, we were informed about every stop, change of vehicles and brought directly to our destination.

Skyler MWe booked a vip sleeper bus and we were put into a tiny bed sleeper bus where they had kicked a small kid out of one of the beds so another person could sleep and he was sleeping on the floor and it took twice as long because we had to stop at 15 different places because they were doing deliveries to shops

Thi TI did not like the way the bus smell and when we were 2h late, I already told my family to come and pick me up at the designated time.
Being late is fine. Happens every now and then. I would just appreciate for the drivers and employees to inform the people on the bus about the delay and let them know what time they arrive.

Noemi RWith Good Morning Cat Ba company the experience was good but the the first part of our trip (from sapa to Hanoi) was with Sao Viet, even though on the website the entire trip was sponsored under the name good morning cat ba.
Sao Viet should really improve their safety policy and hire more professional staff .
And also provide more transparency regarding the fact that there are two different companies involved.

Anton LThe bus was great and comfortable but the staff at the office in Sapa was RUDE. No smile no English, nothing.
The transfer time in Hanoi was way too long.
Hopefully they will learn to be friendly and adjust their schedule so that the trip only takes 8 hours instead of 12.

The bus stop so many times, to pick up small cargo. The driver droved like crazy.
Very bad experience.
We changed bus, that was quick and nice, especially because the second bus was great, but also stop many times.
